All orders received on this Website (Storefront) will be processed timely through a single or multiple logistic points, whichever is closer to the delviery address you provided. Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of the total amount of your purchase,  the relevant cost of shipping your order will be calculated based on the total order amount when checking out.

Orders of Canada
A flat rate of $9.75 for shipping within Canada will be charged each time you check out when Standard Shipping method is chosen, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery of your order would take approximately 5 to 7 business days by Canada Post to your delivery address in Canada. Business days are the weekdays of Monday-Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). For shipping to any addresses in Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories on Standard Shipping, should allow additional 5 to 8 business days to complete.

Should your order be placed with us before 13:00 p.m. Pacific time during our business hours and Express Shipping method is chosen will be processed same business day. But if your order is received after 13:00 Pacific time during business day, will be processed on the next business day. Any orders received during Saturday/Sunday or public holiday will only be processed immediate after the holidays. Business Days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For delivery addresses in North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories using Express Shipping method, should allow additional 3 to 5 business days to deliver.

Orders of the United States
A flat rate of $9.75 for shipping to the Contiguous and Non-Contiguous United States, the relevant APO and Puerto Rico will be charged each time you check out when Standard shipping method is chosen, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days by United Parcel Service (UPS) to your delivery address as stated aforesaid. For shipping to the relevant APO or Puerto Rico on Standard Shipping, should allow additional 5 to 8 business days to complete.

Orders of other International
Due to shipping costs, customs control and regulatory requirements for importing goods/merchandise vary from country to country, orders of other International are necessary to be processed separately and be shipped by Canada Post. We will not be responsible to pay any cross border clearance charges including but not limited to the relevant import duites, sales taxes (GST/VAT), and brokerage fees. Check with our Customer Service for the shipping costs and estimated delivery while placing your order with us.

Tariffs on U.S. recipients
Tariffs on U.S. recipients will be charged based on the Ad Valorem Tariffs at the rate of 54% of the merchandise C&F value to be imposed by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) when shipping their purchased items from overseas within the Contiguous and Non-Contiguous United States, the relevant APO and Puerto Rico is now in effect. The De Minimis Exemption has been eliminated by the Trump Administration since May 2 2025 on all China-made merchandise.
